Refugee Family Services – Adjustment

Refugee Adjustment Services provides case management and mental health supports to refugees and asylees for up to two years. Program staff assist refugees in accessing public benefits, and provide cultural orientation classes, individual therapy and adjustment groups.

Refugee Adjustment provides case management services ranging from help getting a bank account to navigating public transit and local medical systems. There are also community mental health groups, currently serving Burmese women and Arabic women, with plans to expand with changing needs.
