***Campaign Update:

Due to an overwhelming and generous outpouring of support, we have matched all families and individuals and filled all stockings!  We are blown away by the amazing donors that make our work possible.

Although Adopt-A-Family and Stuff-A-Stocking are now closed for the year, you can still support families and individuals in need. Visit our gift catalog to make a donation and we’ll use your contribution to fund the greatest needs of the organization as we work toward a world without poverty. All contributions are tax deductible.

Join Heartland Alliance in our annual Adopt-A-Family and Stuff-A-Stocking campaigns and provide a memorable holiday for our most vulnerable neighbors in Chicago and Milwaukee.

What is the Adopt-A-Family campaign?

The Adopt-A-Family campaign provides gifts and basic necessities to those in need during the holidays. Common wish list items include winter outerwear (coats, hats, gloves, etc.), toiletries, boots and children’s toys.

What is the Stuff-A-Stocking campaign?

The Stuff-A-Stocking campaign provides stockings stuffed with small, much needed items for youth and adults in our residential housing programs.  Common wish list items include cleaning products, small toys and gift cards.

How do I get involved?

We will post the sign up form for donors to get involved in October 2017. We recommend you sign up early to ensure we can match you with a family or individual or send you a wish list of items for stockings.

Many thanks to everyone who donated goods in 2016. Due to the overwhelming generosity, we are not accepting in-kind donations at this moment. We thank you for your continued support and belief in our mission. We will reopen the process February 1, 2017.

Happy Holidays!
