Tree Lane

PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING IN MADISON, WISCONSIN

Tree Lane is Heartland’s second development in Madison. The building opened in July 2018 and offers 45 studio apartments for families that are homeless or at risk of being homeless. Tree Lane serves as a component of the Community Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness in Dane County.
