Travelers Aid Chicago

Travelers Aid Chicago provides travel information, crisis intervention, and Protective Travel Services (PTS) to vulnerable and at-risk travelers from an airside office at O'Hare International Airport in Terminal 2. Satellite booth locations are located inside security in each of the three domestic terminals.



Services Offered:
  • Information and Directions to travelers arriving and departing O'Hare International Airport
  • Crisis Intervention and Emergency Services to travelers in distress at O'Hare
  • Protective Travel Services to vulnerable or at-risk travelers within O'Hare
   
Eligibility Criteria:

Passenger inside O'Hare Airport.

Contact program to apply for Individualized Protective Travel Services for special needs passengers.  Arrangements require 7 days notice.

   
Referral and Intake:

No assisstance available for Return to Residence or financing travel.
