Travelers Aid Chicago

Travelers Aid Chicago provides travel information, crisis intervention, and Protective Travel Services (PTS) to vulnerable and at-risk travelers from an airside office at O'Hare International Airport in Terminal 2. Satellite booth locations are located inside security in each of the three domestic terminals.

  • Protective Travel Services for individuals in need of special assistance
  • Crisis intervention
  • Travel Information and referral to outside resources
  • Telephone consultation and travel planning

Passenger inside O'Hare Airport.

Applying for Services:

Contact program to apply for Individualized Protective Travel Services for special needs passengers.  Arrangements require 7 days notice.

   
Referral and Intake:

No assisstance available for Return to Residence or financing travel.
