Karibuni Apartments is a residential apartment building located in the Chatham neighborhood. The property has 72 affordable units available. Sixty of these units are subsidized by the Chicago Housing Choice Voucher program's (CHAC) Section 8 program. Residents of these units pay 30 percent of their monthly income towards rent.
