The International Children's Center-Beverly (ICC-B) provides housing, counseling, case management, and family reunification services to approximately 300 children a year, ages 0-17, who have been apprehended by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). ICCB’s 30-bed facility is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) as a Child Care Institution. ICCB operates under a Cooperative Agreement with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) to serve unaccompanied immigrant children and has been open since January, 2010.
