The HIV Early Intervention program delivers core medical services and medical case management for participants infected with HIVto prevent the clinical progression of HIV/AIDS. The interdisciplinary team includes primary and mental health care providers, medical case managers, nurses, and outreach workers. The team provides referrals for oral health.
