HIV Early Intervention Prevention Program

The Early Intervention Prevention program delivers core medical services and medical case management for participants living with HIV/AIDS. The multi-disciplinary team includes primary, oral health and mental health care providers, medical case managers and nurses.

Services Offered:
  • Comprehensive and affordable primary and oral health care
  • Medication adherence counseling
  • Medical case management
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Individual living with HIV/AIDS
  • Medicare/Medicaid accepted
  • Sliding fee scale based on income
