Heartland Human Care Services Outpatient Services

We provide mental health and substance abuse treatment services, mental health includes assessment , individual and group therapy, to individuals and families. Substance abuse treatment is both individual outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment levels.  Our goal is to improve the overall quality of life of individuals struggling with housing instability along with other issues, including mental health and addictions issues.

  • Resident of Heartland Human Care Services housing division program
