Heartland Health Center - Roosevelt High School

Heartland Health Center – Roosevelt High School is a high-quality health care center providing comprehensive and affordable health care for students of Roosevelt High School. Heartland Health Centers prevent illness and promote physical, mental, and social well-being by providing respectful services to all people, regardless of age, race ethnicity, gender, language, sexual orientation, insurance status, or ability to pay. We also offer health care to immigrants and refugees and offer medical interpreters in many different languages.

  • One-on-one meetings with our prenatal case manager to help meet any special needs during your pregnancy
  • Breast feeding support from our lactation specialists, who will come to the hospital and/or your home to help you with breast feeding
  • Home visits from our staff to check on you and your baby and help you with baby care
  • Pregnancy support groups addressing prenatal care topics including nutrition, labor, delivery, breast feeding, and caring for your baby 
   
Eligibility Criteria:

Must be a student at Roosevelt High School.

   
Fees:
  • Medicare, Medicaid, All Kids, FamilyCare, and some private insurance accepted
  • Sliding fee scale for those without insurance
