Heartland Health Center – Rogers Park provides affordable, high quality health care for babies, children, adults, and seniors living on the North Side of Chicago. We work to prevent illness and promote physical, mental, and social well-being by providing respectful services to all people, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, language, sexual orientation, insurance status, or ability to pay. We also offer health care to immigrants and refugees and offer medical interpreters in many different languages.
