Family Works is a comprehensive program in conjunction with the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) that provides case management, employment, and clinical services for current CHA residents who are engaged in the "Plan for Transformation" relocation process. Family Works' primary goal is to help participants remain lease compliant by meeting site-specific criteria in the area's new mixed-income developments, rehabbed units, scattered sites, or housing choice voucher program. The case management team helps residents address issues that could jeopardize their housing status and partners with the workforce development and clinical teams to connect residents with numerous resources to aid in their move toward self sufficiency.
