Our Mission
Vital Bridges Center on Chronic Care’s mission is to help people throughout metropolitan Chicago impacted by HIV and AIDS to improve their health and build self-sufficiency by providing food, nutrition counseling, housing, care coordination and prevention services.
Committee Overview
Vital Bridges Center on Chronic Care's Junior Networking Committee (JNC) is a dedicated group of emerging leaders concerned about the growing number of young men and women living in poverty affected by HIV and AIDS. The JNC's main objective is to raise the visibility of Vital Bridges throughout the Chicago metropolitan area with fundraising and social networking events.
Vital Nights
The JNC's primary events are called Vital Nights. These events take place at some of the trendiest night spots in downtown Chicago. Sponsored by SVEDKA Vodka, Vital Nights attract young, socially-aware professionals for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and unique entertainment experiences. Each event also features a raffle of exciting luxury prizes. The proceeds of Vital Nights events go to support programs and services at Vital Bridges.
