From Poverty to Opportunity Campaign 

In response to Illinois' troubling poverty trends, Heartland Alliance created The From Poverty to Opportunity Campaign: Realizing Human Right in Illinois, which is a grassroots, human rights campaign to develop the political will and substantive plans to end poverty.
