Your program can hire the NTJN to provide intensive, personalized technical assistance.
The NTJN’s technical assistance staff offers individual technical assistance to Transitional Jobs programs as well as organizations considering or planning new TJ initiatives. This assistance often takes the form of low-intensity email or telephone consultation that is offered free of charge, however programs can hire the NTJN to deliver a level of technical assistance that is more intensive and customized than the limited assistance we provide for free.
The NTJN’s intensive technical assistance offerings include in-person trainings and orientations for program staff and leadership, on-site program assessments, participation in program planning meetings, developing and reviewing policies and documents, and assistance with implementing best practices and innovations in all aspects of Transitional Jobs programming.
We can put together a customized scope of work to fit your needs and budget. We can also assist with including NTJN technical assistance in your funding proposals or work together to seek funding to support your program’s technical assistance or program enhancement goals.
