The Art of Human Rights is moving from February to October to be a part of Chicago Artists Month! Every year throughout October, the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events in collaboration with more than 200 program partners, hosts Chicago Artists Month to showcase the extraordinary talent and vibrancy of Chicago's art community. Heartland Alliance is proud to host The Art of Human Rights as an event during Chicago Artists Month in 2013.
