Donate School Supplies

For most children, the start of a new school year is an exciting time of great anticipation and hope for a year filled with new learning experiences, new friends, and new adventures. But for children who are from war-torn countries, who are formerly homeless, who have just arrived to Chicago from a refugee camp, who are survivors of domestic violence, or who have been trafficked for purposes of sex and labor, school can be very scary and overwhelming. Please join Heartland Alliance to ensure our children have the supplies they need to tackle their first day at a new school. As the 2010 fall term begins in early August, your donation is due to our offices for distribution to children by July 30, 2010.
