• HIHC has 3 Community Health Center Sites, 4 School Health Center Sites, and
  2 Co-located service sites
• The majority of HIHC's Board of Directors is comprised of active HIHC patients
• Every HIHC site uses an integrated electronic health record system
• Through in-person and telephone-based translation, services are available in over 35 languages

• 25% of HIHC's patients are served in a school-based health center
