Insurance

In order to ensure our services are affordable and accessible:
  • We accept Medicaid and Medicare
  • We accept some private insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Humana.  Please verify coverage with your insurance company before making an appointment. 
  • We offer a sliding fee scale for individuals who do not have health insurance (Students at our school health centers are not required to pay fees for services.)
  • We provide enrollment assistance for AllKids and FamilyCare
