Interpreters are available every day of the week. Our extensive database allows us to promptly locate an interpreter according to language, gender, location and/or client preference. When emergency situations arise and there is no time to have an interpreter present, CCIS can provide interpretation over the telephone within minutes.

Interpreters are screened for language proficiency and professionally trained. They must pass our extensive pre-testing and training program.

Our training emphasizes professionalism, cultural understanding, and ethics. Following training, interpreters participate in an internship under the guidance of an experienced interpreter.
